Things My Mother Should Have Taught Me - Iron Skillet

Okay, so I've tried the seasoning method that I told you about a while back. Used my skillet since then and let me tell you, it's awesome! I don't know how I ever cooked without an iron skillet. That method of seasoning didn't smoke, didn't set of my smoke detector and now, that's the easiest pan I own to clean. When we're done, I rinse it with hot water, wipe it clean, rinse again, wipe dry and put it back on the stove....genious! I love it.
