Self esteem makeover?

Some people have asked me what happened to the self-esteem makeover. So I wanted to address that issue to everyone. It has not gone away. I have had several youth groups and other groups ask for it in book form and according to the website statistics, almost no one reading it online. So I prayed about it and am currently working on the print version only. It will be available on Amazon.com some time later this year. For those of you who were faithfully reading from this site, please let me know. I will send each of you a complimentary copy to thank you for your encouraging words.

An update on me and the things that have changed through SEM. I have lost 20 pounds, YAY, and am still losing. I got a nice, long-layered hair cut. My hair is much healthier and I've only worn a ponytail once this week. It even inspired my daughter to get hers cut as well and boy does she look great! I am still working on it, but I'm getting better about taking criticism without taking it as a personal defeat. I welcome new opportunities to grow instead.

I think that God had to teach me these things to make it possible to begin this new chapter and reach others through this ministry.

Thank you to all of my faithful readers, for your prayers, your thoughts and your kind words.

Sorry to hear that your self esteem makeover will no longer be on your blog. but at the same time I totally understand. Had planned on using it with my girls this summer when we have more time together. I will try to look for it at Amazon, when you are finished. Good luck
