Okay, so the C25K thing is only three days a week (praise the Lord for that), so I have incorporated some muscle building/toning for Tuesday and Thursday. Did my workout today at lunch, and my thighs and abs are SORE!!! That's a good thing, I'm sure, it shows me that I'm actually doing something.
Whether or not I lose the 10 pounds that I want to lose before the banquet, I know I'm on my way and I am proud of that!
